To weave in the end...So glad you like the pattern. To weave in the ends I normally just put the yarn on my plastic needle and just weave it in that way. The bumps give you some places to "hide" the yarn. Just work it in a little and then cut the yarn. Would you mind to post pictures on my facebook page? Unless you have a really small head I can't imagine it not fitting. Once the hat or ear-warmer comes off the loom it is not as stretched, so it is hard to judge the size of it when it is on the loom. The diameter of the loom is 10-1/4". And as for a smaller loom with an even number of pegs I always use the green loom. It has 36 pegs. How old is your daughter?
